FAQ & POLICYS

To help make sure your first visit in seamless and comfortable, we have compiled some helpful information to share with you.

What to expect

Pre Visit

You'll receive a text/email reminder confirmation 72 hours before your upcoming appointment. Please be sure to confirm so we know you will be coming.

You can check and make changes to your upcoming appointment by logging into your account at

Another appointment reminder will be sent 24 hours before your appointment, no action is needed on this reminder unless you need to cancel or reschedule.

The Day Of

Please arrive 2-3 minutes before your scheduled appointment time. Late arrivals may result in the appointment being rescheduled; day of cancellation fee will be applied.

Parking

Our salon has 4 dedicated parking spaces on the property which are available for guests. In addition there is street parking and paid parking in the lot directly next door. In the event you park in the paid lot please bring proof of payment so we can reimburse you at check out.

 

 

Leave The Entourage At Home

Only guests receiving services may be allowed into the salon. A child or person with special needs who is receiving services may be accompanied by one parent, guardian, or caretaker.

Come Prepared

Dry,Clean Hair 

Please come to your appointment with clean dry hair. Clean hair takes color better. Root touch up sprays are especially difficult to color over and may effect the end result of your color.

Attire

Please avoid wearing clothing items that are bulky especially turtle necks and also  clothes that you would be upset if they were to get hair color on them. It does happen and is sometimes unavoidable.

Policies

Cancellation Policy: To cancel or reschedule your appointment please notify the salon no later than 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. Failure to do so will result in a fee of $25 which must be paid prior to rescheduling.

No Show Policy: Guests who fail to give notice of cancelation and don't show up for their scheduled appointment will incur a no show fee of $75. This fee must be paid prior to rescheduling.

Late Arrival Policy: Please be courteous to your stylist and fellow guests by arriving on time. Late arrivals may result in a shortened treatment time to ensure that the next client's appointment is not delayed. Please understand that we cannot adjust pricing for reduced service time due to a late arrival. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late we reserve the right to cancel or reschedule your appointment and a cancellation fee will be applied.

Guest Policy: To guarantee the comfort of all of our clients we ask that you please bring only yourself to your scheduled appointment. Any extra guest or children should be receiving a service by one of the stylists.  Failure to follow this policy will result in the appointment needing to be rescheduled and may incur a late cancelation fee. 

​

Refund Policy: Guest satisfaction is our top priority. In the event you are not satisfied with your product purchase, returns and exchanges are honored within 30 days of original purchase. Product returns will be issued in the form of exchanges or store credit and can not be used towards services.

​

Redo Policy: If for any reason you are not satisfied with your service outcome we will honor redo and corrections within 1 week of original service. All redos must be scheduled with the original service provider.

​

Health and Safety Policy: The safety of our staff and clients is our utmost priority. If you are suffering from any contagious infection, we recommend that you reschedule your appointment until you feel better. You may be asked to wear masks or get your temperature tested. 

​

Pricing Policy: Our salon pricing may occasionally vary. For accurate pricing please request a complimentary in-salon consultation. 

​

Parking Policy: At Haven there are 4 reserved parking spaces in the parking lot for guests to use. Parking on the property in other business' stalls could lead to being towed at the guests expense. In the event all spaces are taken, street is available as well as paid parking in the lot next door. In the even you pay for parking, please let your service provider know upon checkout so we can validate your parking.
