Consultation Forms
If you're a returning guest you have likely already completed your forms. This step is for any new guests & is one of the ways we start prepping for your service before you even arrive.
Completing these forms ensures we are able to provide you the highest level of service on you appointment day.
For new salon guests:
Reminders &
Notifications
Appointment details - Your appointment will be confirmed via text, email and/or push notifications through the vagaro app. If you did not receive a notification please contact us to confirm your appointment and verify contact information.

Confirmation request - 72 hours prior to your appointment you will receive a request to confirm that you plan to keep your appointment. Please confirm or contact us to reschedule.

Appointment reminder - 24 hours prior to your appointment you will receive text, email/and or push notifications reminding you of your appointment. At this point you will no longer be able to reschedule or cancel your appointment online as it is outside of our cancelation window.
Where to find us
Conveniently located in the heart of Fremont, just minutes from both Mission Blvd & 880. You can find us near the Fremont Blvd & Peralta intersection just a few buildings back.

Our salon is in the back of a business plaza and can be easily missed. When on Peralta, look for the plazas driveway and turn in. Proceed all the way to the back parking lot park in any stall labeled Haven Hair Studio. Additional street parking is also available.
When you arrive
When you step in to our space you will be greeted by one of our team members. We have a small waiting area in the front of our salon where you are welcome to have a seat until your stylist is ready to get you started.
